      Excellent shops and laboratories, complete and clean installations, a big library, clean restrooms.

      Cons

      Research and development are not part of their current interests, there is a lack of outreach activities, mostly in the area of Technologies.

      It has very high level professionals as employees It has a high standard infrastructure It has very good lab equipment

      Is very big and is difficult to implement a solution. It has 26 campuses all over Chile To many people to convince of the pro and cons of a project

      Pros

      Co-workers were willing to bend backwards helping me get up to speed. Everyone was very approachable.

      Cons

      The ship could run a little tighter. Then again, this is coming from an American working in Latin America.
