      Pros

      Flexible working pattern as agreed with fairness to team and priorities A casual working culture but with respect for deadlines Generous with social events Good employee wellbeing initiatives from health screenings to celebrating neurodiversity. I believe this to be a key 'pro' and the sign of a forward-thinking company

      Cons

      There does appear to be a turn over of staff, but the company are working hard to understand why. My understanding is that it's a desire to travel, so in an attempt to combat this, IN2 have launched a new long and short term placement scheme in their offices internationally.

      Pros

      Overall, this is a good company to work for. The team is supportive, approachable, and generally willing to help when needed. There is a good variety of work, which keeps the role interesting and gives opportunities to learn and develop. The company has a positive working environment, and there is a good level of trust given to staff to manage their own workload. Senior staff are knowledgeable, and there are good opportunities to gain experience across different project types.

      Cons

      Communication between teams could sometimes be improved, especially when priorities change or when several projects are running at the same time. There may also be room for more structured training and clearer progression planning.

      Everyone is nice and helpful, the IN2 Academy is a great way to increase knowlegde on engineering subjects
