      Pros

      I left at the end of March 2017 per relocating to another state. I would have stayed with iMemories if I had not moved. My direct supervisors were fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Upper management was fantastic as well. Definitely an "open door" policy. The co. has a nice incentive plan and offers OT (with additional pay) during busy times. Great benefits and opportunity to own stock in the company. I feel they will continue to grow and have more opportunities since their consolidation with Lifetouch in 2016. They have also partnered with Walgreens! The casual dress attire is an added bonus and allows you to be comfortable during work.

      Pros

      You get paid on productivity. So head down and get to work. No fluff and drama, which is great. The job is easy and they run a tight ship which I appreciate. I had to move an hour away, so I left, but I would have stayed for sure.

      It's very repetitive, but they tell you that, so it's also expected.

      Cons

      Odd hours 6am-2pm 2pm-10pm 10pm-6am Have to go in 30 mins early or stay 30 mins late if you’re gonna take a lunch Work with / around moldy film Must get through 2-300 assets minimum a day and if you don’t you’ll get talked to
