      Pros

      There really are no pros, unless you like extreme favoritism, empty promises, anti social coworkers and poor communication. Oh and obsession over dress code.

      Cons

      Management has no power, especially in particular departments and everyone dates everyone. Oh and the work is mind numbingly boring. No matter what position your in the work is just awful. And any chance someone has to throw you under the bus they will. This may sound like a petty review but I am being as honest as I can while censoring myself. I have never been treated so poorly in my life, and they're not afraid to do it to you.

      Pros

      You get paid on productivity. So head down and get to work. No fluff and drama, which is great. The job is easy and they run a tight ship which I appreciate. I had to move an hour away, so I left, but I would have stayed for sure.

      Cons

      It's very repetitive, but they tell you that, so it's also expected.

      Desk job Don’t have to deal with people Get to work with older forms of media Fancy coffee / hot chocolate machine Offer overtime Paid holiday Benefits 2 ten minute breaks Lenient dress code

      Cons

      Odd hours 6am-2pm 2pm-10pm 10pm-6am Have to go in 30 mins early or stay 30 mins late if you’re gonna take a lunch Work with / around moldy film Must get through 2-300 assets minimum a day and if you don’t you’ll get talked to
