Cons
This company does not provide a healthy working environment. Mistakes are never to be made or you will be labeled and continuously pinned down but they may claim otherwise. (something to be aware of). You won't be equipped with a complete training session, you have to put your initiative to it.- expected to master the whole business process in a month or you are out. They use the term spoon-feeding A LOT but it's being misused/manipulated as there is not much guide to begin with. I was not briefed or informed on the business process itself and there was no proper walkthrough. They also practice constructive dismissal - especially when a specific somebody dislikes you. Also, they have a pattern of dismissing staff after 1 month of starting the job The only good review you read on this page was written by the management themselves and very few staff. Hence positive reviews are not reliable.
