A very unhappy business - Manager IMSworldwide Employee Review

I have worked at IMSworldwide for the last 3 years helping to transform the business from an account delivery focused business model into a more agile sales focused operation. In this time I have been able to gain equity in the business and receive much valued support and guidance from my MD which has helped me to realise my career ambitions. There is a very supportive team-based work environment and flexible approach to working with some of the team able to work from home during the week. The company has long-standing client relationships with very high profile clients whilst continuing to win new accounts and there is a mature working environment where you are judged more on results not just KPIs. It is a great environment for recruiters who want to work for a company where they can make a real impact and also make a valuable contribution to the overall success of the business. Base salaries are very good and there is great support and guidance from the management team to help you develop your career at IMSworldwide.

Whilst transforming the business in the last 18 months there has been a need to make personnel changes but there is now a very strong team structure in place so as a Manager in the business I am now keen to see more people join the team to further strengthen the sales operations and achieve the growth ambitions for the company
