      Pros

      Good salary, good pay for leaving the Institution. Doesn't requiere a lot of experience. It has a good mission and it's a social Institution which means that you work for the good of society as a whole.

      Cons

      Facilities in bad condition, for example there is no cleaning service, no ventilation, and the bathrooms are in bad condition, for example there is no toilet paper, and no soap, every employee has to bring their own soap and their own toilet paper!!!

      Pros

      I don't work with them anymore but good company they'll professional and if someone doesn't know how to work with concrete they teach you like a pro.

      Cons

      Well I never had a down concept form them they all professional guy and the super independent Mr Jorge really cool guy to work with.
