Pros

1a. Large degree of autonomy. 2a. Cooperation within departments/branches. Teams appear fairly cohesive. 3a. Good variety in terms of tasks. 4a. Work is reasonably predictable. Not too many surprises. 5a. Employees are generally polite in person. 6a. MD is quick to react and to-the-point. 7a. Potential to undergo training, if needed. 8. Good variety of events such as pancake-flipping, bake-offs, pumpkin carving, etc. Proceeds go to charity. 9. Employee of the Month recognition scheme.

Cons

1b. Little to no support from management. Expect to resolve problems yourself. 2b. Competition between departments/branches. Counterproductive and a source of tension. 3b. Risk of being overloaded with work. Not uncommon for tasks to be passed down the line. 4b. Company is resistant to change. General unwillingness to try new things. 5b. Very passive-aggressive and evasive. If a topic is serious or uncomfortable, management will attempt to deflect and avoid it. This includes any and all forms of conflict. 6b. MD prone to over-reacting, or acting before considering all of the facts. 7b. Not unheard of for tasks to be given to unqualified individuals. 8. Little to no accountability for Sales consultants and Area Managers. 9. Company is often cost-driven, as opposed to quality-driven. 10. Ageing Sales team, not very tech-savvy. 11. Salaries inconsistent between similar job roles. Comparing pay actively discouraged. 12. Disparity between male attire (suit and tie) and female attire (essentially "casual+"). The company is quite old-fashioned.

Pros

The organization has deep roots in the ISO Consultancy space and the company works on projects in a team environment. We are not solo for assessors or schedulers. The lead assessor assigned to a project is well suited for the industry to which they are performing the GAP Analysis, Internal Audit and Stakeholder Interviews. The process is carefully constructed over three - six months based on the communication cadence of the client. Deep focus is considered with every engagement which produces a quality, top notch result for the client. Value added services such as subsidized group training, hiring through paid internships and substantial tax credits in the industry circle back to a well-founded client experience.

Cons

Because HQ is in the UK, marketing often has regional spelling on the website and documents, such as "organisation" and "centre" which require me to justify to USA prospects and clients.

Pros

Flexible scheduling. Commissions are 25%. This is mostly independent work.

Cons

Not enough leads or/and not enough good leads. Good leads are given with preferences. The best leads come from online advertising. This is 100% commission based pay. Payment per-signed contract is given over 3/4 payments, and you must stay on top of them to get paid and keep track of any monies recieved. I have asked top management on several occasions that everyone within a specific area receive a report of the incoming Google adds for the area on a monthly basis that shows how many calls and or clicks in that area there were and how they were disperse to the area managers, my request have been met with no response.
