Good work environment and people show respect to each other. This is a good place to develop your knowledge and grow with the company. You can learn so many new ideas and write them in your resume.

Not so much. Just sometimes need to work overtime. I don't like working overtime at all. I prefer working up to 8 hours per day.

Some of the best people I've ever worked for.... also one of the best companies in their industry offering unparalleled positive results for their clients. Clients love working with IMS and they always come back... IMS employees are dedicated - hard working and very loyal (because the Owner and Managers are exceptional!)
