1. Work-life balance does not exist 2. There are meetings on top of meetings which take up hours our of the week, which means everyone is behind. 3. Constant micromanaging! Instead of telling you what they want to see in a project they give you enough rope to hang yourself with. There is no real directions or what they want to see just a vague idea.Then they take it all apart and it's back to the drawing board. 4. With all the meetings, it's hard to complete projects on time expect by taking work home. 5. With low salaries, there is no incentive to work harder or complete any extras.
