      The work was steady. Workload tripled. The days go very fast.

      Cons

      Poor management styles, No merit raises, advancement opportunities are rare and predictable. No Human Resources on-site, Lack of sufficient training for new employees.

      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities for growth and the company has a family culture. They have very high expectations, and the owner of the company is totally inspiring because of her fearless attitude and can-do, never-say-die attitude.

      Cons

      The pay could have been better, and the corporate office was far from our location, so there were times when decisions would be made by corporate without getting al the facts from the field offices.
