4ySince 2018, we've put a big emphasis on process and people development. Thank you for pointing out we could improve here! Some of what we've done is roll out new systems and tools to make work more organized and structured, and add more processes so it's easier to know when we've hit key milestones so we can celebrate wins together. Our goal as a management team is continuous improvement. Thanks for your feedback!
