      Pros

      Genuine drive to improve outcomes for people and the public sector. Specialist in delivery, rather than another 'strategic consultancy'. Strong focus on behaviour and culture change and not just process.

      Cons

      Like any business, opinions can differ on how best to deliver the vision. But overall there was a clear purpose we were trying to deliver and understanding of how to do this.

      Nice culture, people are friendly Fun away days during Xmas and Summer Flat hierarchy so it's easy to talk to people

      Cons

      Poor recognition for junior employees even when they work hard Benefits are alright but very poor pay structure Lack of promotion opportunities and general development Too many people in leadership positions
