Pros
Very focused on assisting tenants to learn and enforce their tenant rights. Each job is fulfilling and your work actually has an impact on the tenants and communities they work in. Helping real people fix real problems is very satisfying.
Cons
Long hours and sporadic schedule, though the work always made the time fly by. Mental strain can be overbearing, as you are handling real problems and it is hard not to take the issues to heart.
