Never in my life have I been so micromanaged. I was required to provide evidence of every task I completed, and the majority of tasks I was given were due the following day. I was constantly told that I had to prove myself (even though I had only been there a few weeks).
We had to log every task into our calendars so it could be seen what we were working on—our schedules couldn't be left blank. Most days, I had around three to four hours of meetings, leaving very little time to actually do my work. I found that a lot of people were working until 8–9 p.m to make up for the fact that the day was spent mostly in pointless meetings. Tasks were poorly explained, and the demands were unreasonable.
Avoid.
