Toxic environment, leadership team only cares about themselves. The company used to be so enjoyable, welcoming, and a place I bragged about being a part of. Now you walk into the office and it’s like someone died. Wrong people, wrong seat company that doesn’t realize numerous people on the leadership team are in the wrong seat. President of the company is running it into the ground, guess that’s what happens when you give someone with little man syndrome too much power. Too many amazing and company-strengthening individuals have left over the past few years. You used to be able to feel so many people there loved the mission and what the company stood for, now it seems like it’s just writing on the walls around the building and their mission is a distant memory. So sad to see a place that was once a wonderful and remarkable professional environment be what it is now.
My suggestion if you interview … ask what the turnover has been like over the last year and why, realize the answer is fluff and then run as fast as you can.
