Pros
- catered lunches, lots of snacks all around -very receptive and genuine HR director -some very excellent people work here -generally, working here will look good on your resume for future job applications
Cons
- VERY top heavy. Instead of hiring more help down below, they over pay a lot of the people at the top. - While there are many wonderful people here, there is also a ton of ego. - A lot of people get falsely incentivized to work here, whether it's lying about your potential career path, or exaggerating how much you'll make from commission - Near the end of my time there, the budgets became very constricted. It was frustrating to see the company spending money on such frivolities as a useless electric car, or catered lunch rather than give employees pay raises.
