Pros
You work with incredibly smart people, and when you take the time to think, innovate and show how your ideas can bring value to the agency, you tend to be given a testing ground to prove it. It does require a little grit, but if you form the right alliances and leverage each other's strengths to prove it, you really a difference in the direction of the company. You can drive your own destiny here, which is not true for a lot of companies.
Cons
The team is lean and mighty, so this does result in a little bit of "going through the motions" and it is hard to breed new ways of thinking when people are too busy to think outside of what they need to get done.
