Pros
Everyone here WANTS to do a god job, contribute and make the company be the best in the industry. Very team oriented people from the mid-level management on down only. Good for new college grad to start work and gain experience.... but don't stay.
Cons
Upper level managment within CCI and up to the IMI Directors are not in tune with what really needs to be done to make CCI profitable again. Too many changes within a short time frame. Expansion to Europe and India hurt the company and the moral of US employees, where CCI started.. in the US. Layoffs are normal solution to meet the dollars over improving processes and tools being used.
