salary could definitely be a lot better, obviously it is a smaller company than the big consultancies , but still technical skills seem to be a lot more valued than non-technical skills also i agree with the Cons written by the other poster, definitely the whole inner circle thing going on with management, but that is slowly changing. tendency to stick with the core strengths of the company, which tends to hinder efforts to innovate, but this is starting to change.

Great Team Spirit. The company likes more than it's pound of flesh but any pressure you feel is self inflicted. There is nobody constantly looking over your shoulder.

Staffing levels. Some departments very over staffed, others woefully understaffed.
