Telework posture and flexible schedule.
Cons
Upper management is complacent, and aren’t even knowledgeable about the surveys they run. They are mismanaged and only care about their own self preservation. Rollover is high. Pay isn’t sufficient for how much work and BS you have to deal with. No integrity. Low morale. Burn out. Outdated systems. Federal staff is insufferable to deal with. Stay AWAY.
