      Decent pay, easy enough job.

      Cons

      Typical workday was having too much to do and getting yelled at all the time. I will say I did learn a lot of good communication skills. The management was horrible. Really mean and disrespectful general manager. I cannot be happier to have left that awful place.

      Pros

      The students, they all have a goal in mind and they will work hard to get there. They are generally kind and positive and that makes it easier to come to work. I love my team of teachers in my subject, we all work great together and everyone is helpful, it also makes it enjoyable to be at work with that support.

      Cons

      Letting anyone in - I think that this is making IMG not as ""special"" If you are going to grow the population you have to make the school building bigger. Parking is a nightmare. For the cost of school teachers have to get paid more - do more for teacher retention.
