      if your lucky to land a big acct, the compensation can be good. You need to become self reliant, which is a benefit for next career

      Cons

      micromangement and second guessing, no true leadership of vision. negative atmosphere. Always travelling with no regards to your time outside the job

      Pros

      Relaxed Environment, Friendly supervisors and staff, Very good benefits. company wide events, monthly town hall meetings with senior management, adwards ceremonies, extra activity groups to join like the Employee engagement committee & Safety committee

      Cons

      Located in Crummy neighborhood, not enough parking spaces, Pay was low and raises were frozen, but that was due to economic conditions and I don't blame the company for that since that was happening with most businesses at the time in my honest opiniion
