      Pros

      Decent training program with a lot of opportunities to learn. Good resources and thorough review of all projects. The office is nice and good technology as well.

      Cons

      You are a workhorse without much value to their employees. It is a very rigid work structure and you are scrutinized big time. They have a lockdown on the internet during workhours so it's very difficult to get personal things done between 8am-5pm.

      The company is growing too fast. Too many paperwork instead of focusing on the project and client. The senior team been there so long and it is hard to grow.
