IMEG has streamlined internal education and tools to the point where everyone after training sessions is on the same page. They have a great internal content library that is fun to learn. The people at IMEG have been very supportive and extremely welcoming. They are good people to learn from

Cons

- No bonuses or 401k matching. rather they offer company stock. this is rather pointless for people not looking to stay for a long time. however if the company growth is anything to go by this is a good opportunity for people wanting to stay a while
