Limited positives. After the merger/acquisition, it no longer felt like a place where an individual could make a meaningful impact.
Cons
I experienced the merger/acquisition from a middle-management perspective. The ESOP emphasis, combined with vague responses to reasonable, standard questions, came across as inauthentic, scripted, and overly PR-driven, which eroded trust. After factoring in the reduction/loss of certain benefits, overall compensation effectively was a pay cut.
