Important mission - to assist small and mid-sized manufacturers with reducing costs while growing their business. Opportunity to work with great manufacturers, doing important work.
Cons
CFO is a miser who doesn't trust people. Lack of trust pervades organization. CEO has a temper, holds grudges, plays favorites. VP Ops rarely responds to emails or calls. May take up to 6 attempts to make contact, but then doesn't follow through. Continuing decline in revenue demonstrates lack of leadership.
