You mentioned that you are a current employee. Why are you still working with us if we are that bad? There are so many other companies you can work for. We are a completely policy driven company. We have a handbook that will give you the code of conduct. We had a RM who used an Associate recruiter to drop and pick him up everyday. He used him as his driver and in exchange he did not ask for work. You are referring to this RM as a great employee. We do not need such people. If there are criminals working in the organization, you are welcome to file a police complaint. If it is true, people should get arrested. You are making up a story because we git rid of some bad elements. At IMCS compliance is the top priority. If you are not in compliance, we do not need you.
