      Good overtime wages, benefits, salary.

      Cons

      They make you work long hours and most weekends. At least 10 hours a day M-SA. It was like a revolving door of people being hired and fired.

      Pros

      When they are busy they will hire anybody.....Looking for a second chance with life, getting back on your feet. The good old boys want you

      Cons

      Poor safety culture keeps them from getting the big jobs. There's a little bit of racism going on in the manufacturing side of the business. Old worn out equipment. The place is trashed. No room to take on large volume manufacturing.
