Pros
Good UK leadership (MD and HR Director are trying to improve the conditions for employees all the time) Do the small things well. Promote team activities. Very capable employees
Cons
Bit behind the curve compared to other international companies when it comes to some business practices . No healthcare scheme Salaries are ok but could be better Bonus scheme could be better Some managers are not very collaborative and not prepared to go extra mile to help people. If you don't attend enough out of hours team building events it can be a black mark.
