Pros
Relatively smart and nice colleges, challenging and exciting problems, in the past they used to attract top talent, probably they now shifted to focussing on graduates. If you have nothing to lose, and you have hardly any experience, it's probably a nice place to be.
Cons
The former desire to excel in all areas turned into a political nest of wasps, led by a few immature and stalinistic "leaders". IMC never cares about their people in any way. Today you are a celebrated hero, tomorrow you might get laid off without any reason. The management truly turned the Amsterdam office into a graveyard.
