They pretend to care about employees but they really don’t care at all – expensive benefits are just thrown at people to make sure the money making machines keep going! They just fire people at the drop of a hat, no warning, no rationale, no communication, nothing. One day you’re there the next day you’re out on the street. Say they have a flat, open structure but there are a LOT of politics going on underground with huge favoritism, discrimination and egos Management are useless - they have no clue how to manage or develop their people and only care about their own bonuses Not a very ethical place (anyone that mentions setting up a work's council is hushed up or fired)
