flat structure, pay is good. can use technology and trade markets. lots of responsibility. a good idea will be implemented and rewarded.
Cons
too much turn around between employees. strategy seems to be a continuos hire and fire process. a consequence of this are senior managers who are 30 and thus not experienced in managing, even if they are great traders.
