      Beautiful corporate office in a great location, stability, generally organized and coordinated business efforts

      Cons

      Vindictive and old school management, salary compression a real issue here, favoritism is run amuck, leadership cares only for the bottom line, benefits are mediocre at best, company only values the "high level" players and is stingy, unwilling to reward front line employees, takes forever to get a raise even as a top performing employee, everything is up to management discretion

      Unorganized yard that lacks proper lighting Long Drives & Work/Low Pay for Field Other unsanitary drivers System could be more reliable/efficient Switch seating makes it hard to start your day Not paid for bobtailing to pick up chassis Occasional bad equipment from other drivers
