      A lot of space and opportunities for starters. You learn plenty of new things. Promotion possibilities. Free coffee.

      Cons

      Low salary. As a programar you have dressing code. (you never meet clients) Little orientation but big responsibilities since the beginning bringing a lot of pressure.
