Great work environment, great company to work for and grow

Not a lot of cons, the management was great and since it’s family owned business employees were taken care of

Health Benefits and 401k 4% match. Pay is on the lower end of acceptable but still acceptable for most positions.

Too many downsides to mention. The biggest is they lure you in with promises of growth. They have no plan of succession and you aren't going anywhere in this career unless you're family or favored by management that is unqualified to manage. The owner tries really hard to move the company forward, however wise he is, he lacks leadership in that he can't manage his direct reports which are family members. As a former employee of many years, I would only recommend working here as a stepping stone to your next big goal. If you just want a paycheck with no aspirations of growing professionally, a position at Imax will suit your needs.
