Pros

Genuinely none that were worth the stress of working here.

Cons

Don’t touch this place with a barge pole, especially if you’re disabled or neurodivergent. The company culture is incredibly toxic and forces employees into burnout. Management are cliquey. Bullying was frequently witnessed when I worked for Intermarketing/IMA. Examples: - I was shouted at in the face multiple times (in front of other colleagues, too). - I witnessed senior managers make fun of disabled and neurodivergent members of staff behind their backs. - Most teams were made to be on call pretty much 24/7. Late working up to 7pm each day was expected. Taking any form of lunch break was unheard of. - Clients were not respected. Staff would ridicule them behind their backs. Joked about how they would be able to “rinse them”. This is just a snippet of what I experienced working for this agency. I made the decision to leave and I urge others to reconsider taking a role here.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and we're sorry this has been your experience. Ensuring a safe and inclusive working space is something we pride ourselves on at IMA. We are proudly part of the Disability Confidence scheme and are a Level 2 accredited employer. We also have an internal Individual Differences pillar team who are dedicated to creating awareness and support within the agency for people with disabilities. We absolutely do not tolerate this sort of behaviour, so if you're comfortable sharing your experience, then I'd appreciate a confidential chat with you so I can understand more and take appropriate action. Please reach out to me at jay.dickinson@ima.global to organise this.
