They appear to insert disabled people back into society with quality jobs focusing on turning their disabilities into a source of innovation ,productivity but this is very far from the truth

The worst place to start a career if you are disabled and are not willing to be part of a close knit community with very few opportunities for delepopment and promotion all sustained by millions of subsidies from EU and Espanish Government to sustain and perpetuate a Major Con in our society.

Usually understaffed, non-paid overwork is pretty normal Big workload Bad scheduling Management can be unfair and treat you poorly The company will do nothing when coworkers cross the line (harassment, bullying, etc)

Well paid job If you are lucky some coworkers will be super nice Good experience Nice job when things run smoothly Don't expect to climb the ladder here They will hire disabled people but won't accommodate them (except for deaf people on cleaning jobs, those are well acomodated)
