Pros

I have been working with this company and i found there are good work life balance here if you complete your work on time. No pressure as such for anything if you complete your work honestly. I find everyone satisfied with work culture and work. This company is working on one of the big Fleet Management System in New York and the best part is that company is working on latest technology . So there are an excellent opportunity for people who are hunger to learn new technologies. Recent policy changed in every department has enabled more freedom to employees. Highly ethical and down to earth Management. Young and vibrant team leading the company. Personally , I am very impressed with the Founder of the company , his passion to take up the company far ahead , is clearly visible with his dedication. Highly Passionate focused and Dynamic personality.

Cons

I feel, Company needs to increase bench strength. Also Company should hire more domain experts.

Pros

1. I never feel i am working in an office, the environment and work culture is very friendly. 2. Always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore. 3. Motivates new talent and gives opportunity to learn and learn and learn......Grass root exposure. 4. Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects. 5. For me, it is the best company to work with who not only motivates junior and middle staff but also helps in every manner in all aspects of growth. 6. Totally happy and satisfied.

Cons

1. Don't give extra importance to non performers just to be good to all. 2. Can't think of more as of now. Advice to Management 1. Kindly be as you are, frankly speaking we can't ask for more. 2. Try to hire more enthusiastic and energetic people. 3. Give good compensation to people who are performing very well.
