The only pro is that you will get to undertake a task from start to finish. You get to handle all aspects of the job, beginning with the your own initial planning and progressing through each stage until the final completion.
Cons
No training ever provided. No communication on where you can improve even though Year reports are collected. Pay is horrible and not to industry standards. Pay discrimination among employees with similar levels of experience involves providing unequal compensation based on their respective experience levels.
