The WORST attendance policy I’ve ever heard of. HR absolutely has no regard for the employees. They have a no fault policy meaning God forbid I have a car accident on My WAY to work and my car is not drivable I’m getting an occurrence. God forbid I get rushed to the hospital that’s an occurrence. There is no grace period so if you make it work 1 minute past your start time that is a half occurrence. Everything is an OCCURRENCE. Single mothers don’t waste your time you will NOT make it here. If you get a call your child is sick and you have to leave yep you guessed that’s an occurrence
