Pros
In IKOP, the staffs are given the trust to do things. The management is willing to listen to your ideas and try new things. In case you are interested in learning new things, you are always welcome to join meetings or help other departments/committee. If you are performing well, you may even change your department. During my interview with IKOP, I informed them about my interest in pursuing my career in another post than the one I interviewed for, but willing to go for it. I performed in that post, then when there's a vacancy in my dream job, I was given the opportunity to try the new post and it couldn't be better. Basically, IKOP is good as a starting point. We can learn a lot and we can get an overview of the whole pharmaceutical industry operation and management. The staffs here are like family. No one is backstabbing anyone and there's very minimal office politics. The data integrity too are held at the highest value.
Cons
The company is small, so there's not much career progression vertically. In case you want to be the assistant manager or manager, you need to go elsewhere.
