      Great products, great coworkers, service is ok

      Cons

      CEO terminate you for no reason, nitty picking and stressful environment even when exceding goals Would have loved to stay working if it wasn't for Refika Bilgic. Feel sorry for the employees that need to walk on eggshells.

      Thank you for your review. We set high expectations and in sales, not only hard, but also soft goals are important. We invest a lot in our personnel and want to ensure that our investments in engineering, product development, and marketing are represented as well in a sales function.

      Pros

      This is the most friendly and caring office I have ever worked at. The management team goes out of their way to make sure that you are happy and enjoy working here. The benefits are top tier.

      Cons

      The only office option is in Wilmington, Having the option to work from home for all employees not just account managers would be ideal.

      Pros

      Excellent company that’s takes care employees and offers opportunity for growth for go-getters. The benefits and paid time off are excellent.

      Cons

      Dead weight employees are not reprimanded so the slack is picked up by others. Poor management in past years has set limited company growth
