Cons
A previous review about the Tervis coffee mugs is a true reflection of the environment and culture of this company. There were petty rules to tip toe around and the true problems of the business were constantly ignored, no matter how big they were. A very powerful but very clueless and inexperienced leader is the recipe for a very toxic working environment. There was very little trust among the employees and a lot of uncertainty as to who will be fired next.
