Pros
It is involved in good international projects and good facilities.
Cons
The main problem of this company is that the job offers and the interviews does not reflect the daily work you will face. Indeed, it happens that you go with some professional expectations and you can find yourself working on things that shall be done by a lower profile. The main drawback is that they offer a lot of positions but they don't really match with the work load and together with a poor management you can find yourself with a loooot of work during, let's say, 6 months, and suddenly in 2-3 months you have absolutely nothing to do, and this means you must go around tables asking for something to do. Moreover, your first contract will be temporal according their policy, and they assume you must spend extra hours for free and weekends for free working in those months with a big bunch of work. They see this as the way of showing commitment with the company and this will make you became permanent. And this si far from the truth, be a permament employer will depend more on your internal connections within the company, that is. High pressure is made over temporals, compared with permanent ones. In general, you can see that permanent employees are treated differently, and, the work environment is full of rumours and tension among the two types of employees. Human resources is poorly managed and in a non-professional way, and basically you must be very careful to solve everything by your own, specially when you leave the company. I wouldn't recommend this company.
