      Pros

      got to spend time outside. i was a data collector that went outside with some collection tools and entered information into some software. never had any troubles with management.

      Cons

      your day was going to be as good as the weather if you were outside. The only time you wouldn't work is if it was raining hard. you spent long days in the field traveling to the site too.

      Pros

      No one breaking your chops. Friendly people They offer health benefits and 401K. If you like working in the field and getting lots of over time you'll fit in. Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Office is very disorganized. Every day there are arguments and power struggles. Everyone wants to be a manager while everyone else does little to no work. There is no accountability for anyone. Staff is very underpaid hence a high turn over rate. Health insurance for a family is stupid expensive
