      Pros

      Interview process was quick. For the most part, the bi-weekly payroll was on time.

      Cons

      When I moved to the Instructor position, IIT did not help me at all collecting back pay that was owed to me. It was very frustrating and I let them know that. When the contract was over, they did not give me a requested "Letter/Memo of Termination".

      Pros

      I have been working with IIT Inc since 2009 and they have always treated me very well. I was paid on time. The management is very professional, responsive and supportive.

      Cons

      I never felt there is any cons.
