Friendly staff and excellent leadership.

I do not have any cons.

The owner is kind and fair, as is his wife who handles HR and assists with management. They are both genuine and generous and very supportive of all of their employees. Its a great team of people they've built and its an amazing place to work. Everyone here is genuinely committed to great customer service and working well together. They really are committed to keeping quality people who work hard and work well together. So, people who are a nightmare and create trouble don't last long. Which I appreciate. In a small office one toxic person makes the workplace miserable for everyone! Really the best job I've ever had and best company I've worked at. I look forward to many years to come at IHS! The pay is good and they are fair about giving raises and bonuses. The sales agents especially knock down serious money. I don't know of another insurance agency that offers such generous bonuses and with no cap! I love my job and I appreciate this company, because I know that not many people can say that!
