The camaraderie within the team is truly unparalleled, and it was a breath of fresh air to work in such a positive environment with colleagues who exude positive energy. The guidance and support I received from everyone was invaluable, allowing me to gain a deep understanding of not only the public relations industry but also the nuances of the beauty and fashion sectors.

I did not experience any cons.

generally nice staff. they had a kitchen and nice office space, good clients, connections, and placements

poor training for entry level workers, you learn as you go and mostly grunt work (as typical in most fashion pr agencies). typical hierarchical work environment, not collaborative. was difficult to understand what was going on.. also salaried (nonexempt) with no overtime which is technically illegal.
