Very mentally taxing job, detrimental to my mental health. The service IHI provide is clearly of an appalling standard as the phone rings constantly with complaints all day. After a shift of being yelled at down the phone for 8 hours whilst trying to address hundreds and hundreds of emails and customer service tickets in exchange for very low pay you feel completely demoralised.
